Enterprise Accounts
One business, multiple accounts - fully connected.
Enterprise accounts are built for businesses with larger operations and multiple job sites. So your site managers can post jobs independently and get access to the labour they need, while keeping everything - payments, approvals, and invoicing - under one parent account.
How it works:
When a new user signs up using an ABN that already exists on Casu, they’ll be prompted to connect to the existing account, via a request to the existing account holder.
The existing account becomes the Parent Account.
The new account becomes a Sub Account / Child Account – and can start posting jobs once they’re approved.
All charges go to the Parent Account card.
All monthly summaries and job receipts are still sent to the Parent Account holder, whilst the Child Account simply receives their job receipts.
The Parent Account can easily manage all accounts by adding their accountant or bookkeepers email into their profile, who will then receive the information they need to reconcile all payments through Casu.
This makes it easy to give individual teams or site managers autonomy – without losing control of spending or admin.
